The artist profile page is a dedicated webpage you can create for each artist in Artwin Live.
It’s an automatically generated link that acts as a digital business card for your artist, perfect for sharing with promoters or clients.
Each profile page contains four sections:
The profile page provides a shareable, professional online profile, especially useful for artists who don’t manage their own website. Promoters can view key information and submit booking requests directly through the form.
By default, the profile page is public and easily accessible, but you can disable or unpublish it if you prefer to keep it private.
The press kit is a simplified version of the profile page, designed for promotional use.
It allows you to upload press photos and logos that promoters can download directly, for example: For event announcements or posters.

The press kit has its own shareable link and can also be downloaded as a .zip file.
By including the press kit link in your contract template, the promoter immediately gains access once the contract is signed.
